We’re looking for someone reliable, hardworking, and ready to learn. No pest control experience required — we’ll train you.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Inspect homes and properties to identify pest issues
- Perform treatments safely and effectively
- Communicate clearly with customers about the service
- Work outdoors and stay active throughout the day
- Be part of a team that takes pride in doing the job right
What We Offer
- $23 to $30 per hour based on experience and growth, plus overtime pay
- Paid training and licensing support
- 4-day work week (10-hour days)
- Opportunities for advancement as you gain experience
- A strong team environment where your work actually matters
What We’re Looking For
- Valid driver’s license
- Comfortable working outdoors in different conditions
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Willingness to learn and take initiative
