Full Licensing Support: If your license is currently inactive but in good standing with the NCDA&CS, we will cover all costs for reactivation and transfer.

Technical Mentorship: Provide hands-on field training to the owner and future staff on application techniques, pest control, and safety.

Sales & Growth: Sell additional services and general pest protection through warm leads, cold-calls, and onsite visits to residential and commercial properties.

Inspections & Proposals: Conduct detailed inspections to identify infestations (or conducive conditions) of wood-destroying organisms or other pests; prepare professional proposals and presentations to secure sales contracts.

Lead Development: Cover assigned sales leads and creatively develop additional service opportunities for each lead furnished.

Operational Precision: Prepare appropriate job specifications and treating instructions in strict accordance with existing laws, regulations, and company policy by ensuring all treatments and documentation comply with NCDA&CS regulations and North Carolina state laws.

Licensure: Must hold a North Carolina Structural Pest Control License (Active or Inactive) in Phase P, W, and/or F.

Language Skills: Bilingual (English and Spanish). The ability to communicate effectively with our diverse customer base is essential.

Industry Wisdom: Extensive field experience with a deep understanding of local pest challenges.
- Knowledge: Deep familiarity with NC pesticide laws and safety requirements to ensure the company remains in good standing.

Pay: Negotiable based on your specific experience and license phases. Includes base rate plus performance-based commissions.
